Machinery includes multi borers, sawing and milling equipment. Here we prepare and in many cases fully fabricate materials prior to installation.

We have facilities to unload, store, and work several containers or consignments of materials for a variety of projects simultaneously.

Our major factory facilities are located in East Malaysia and operated by our long term partner Borneo Benar Sdn Bhd.

Here facilities are extensive and current capacity exceeds 600 guest rooms (Maldivian style)

Ultimately all materials and products need to find their way to site, on time, undamaged, and in the proper sequence.

This may seem a simple process but in fact has the potential to make or break a project.

From our project references it can be seen many of our projects are in far off remote locations such as an Island Resorts in the Maldives.

Here shipping is several weeks away from the closest source of supply, it is paramount goods are shipped in the right sequence, quantity and method to enable them to meet often demanding installation schedules.

As an example our recent Olhevelli project required approximately 150 containers to be shipped within 3 months, this included a whole variety of products from wall framing and shingles to joinery.
